In my role as an Instructional Designer, I believe that every problem has a solution. My goal is to always make learning that's engaging, real, and useful and perfectly aligned with your businesss goals.

Through strategic problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration, I take a systematic and thorough approach to training design and development. Whether the problem is a performance, culture, mindset, or knowledge gap, I plan how learners should engage with the content to drive behavioral changes and long-term knowledge retention. By incorporating ADDIE, action mapping, adult learning principles, and other methodologies, I analyze situations, discover the root cause, possible challenges, and produce solutions to not only fix the problem, but create meaningful and actionable learning experiences. My proficiency in a range of tools including Articulate Storyline and Rise, Camtasia, and Canva allows me to develop innovative and creative learning solutions that audiences will love.

My eye for visual design and meticulous nature enable me to successfully design and develop dynamic learning solutions and materials that empower learners. With my commitment to providing high-quality training, each stage of the development process is crafted with accuracy, attention to detail, and usability in mind. Ensuring end-to-end design that reflects excellence shows care, builds trust, and makes for a better learning experience.

As a lifelong learner with many interests, I have a wide variety of expertise in several industries including tech, retail, software, arts, equipment, and hospitality. I stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in instructional design by reading books, engaging in forums, online groups, PeerPods, and networking.

When I'm not working, I enjoy making music, shooting photography, traveling, drawing, sewing, gardening, rehabilitating cats, finding the best finds at my favorite antique stores, and immersing myself in a DIY project.
