Problem and Solution

Businesses can suffer due to the lack of adequate leadership. Bad leadership can have a largely negative impact on businesses, resulting in high turnover rates and low retention rates. 

This training will provide learners with the skills needed to lead their teams in order to retain 25% more employees. In the virtual training, they'll identify at least three key leadership qualities, analyze the impact of various leadership qualities on team members, and apply at least three leadership strategies to address common workplace challenges.
