It'll be printed out and placed on or around their desks as a reference guide to support their success and onboarding as new employees.

To ensure their success, each employee will receive a laminated copy of the job aid. In addition, it'll be printed out and placed beside the computer at the front desk.

This job aid is a poster that was designed to be used as a quick reference guide for front desk receptionists to supplement the Receptionist's Guide to Meditation eLearning training. One copy will be printed out and placed on the front desk next to the computer to support front desk receptionists while they interact with and assist clients.

This participant guide was designed as a supplemental workbook to accompany the VILT course, The Heart of Leadership: Becoming an Effective Leader, for the corporate training company, On Target. The participant guide allows learners to follow along during the training with workbook activities for breakout rooms and reflections, offering a blended learning solution. The workbook will be supplied prior to the training and should be printed out to complete along the with training. Additionally, it will also be sent out to learners in PDF format.
